TriCap Realty Consultants, Inc. started in January 2006. While their youngest sons were in college, Mr. and Mrs. Schielack purchased a single-family home for Brandon and his little brother. For two years, they stayed in the home and leased out the remaining bedrooms to friends. The rent money helped pay the property's expenses. This taught the boys the value of real estate, money management and responsibility...the core values that our Consultants educate our clients on every day.

Alex Schielack appreciates the thrill of traveling and discovering new places, especially when he has the opportunity to go fishing! Alex graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a major in Communications and a minor in Urban Planning and Development. Ashley DeLeon
Ashley DeLeon was born and raised in the Brazos Valley area. She loves to play sports, travel and spend time with her two daughters. Ashley has strong family values and enjoys all the perks and amenities of living in the Bryan/ College Station area!!
After graduating A&M Consolidated she immediately went into the Real Estate Financing field. As a Loan Processor, Loan Officer and Mortgage Closer Ashley met many individuals with diverse situations. Every transaction was a learning experience. After eight years working diligently with clients she decided to change her direction. Brandon Schielack
Brandon Schielack graduated from TAMU in 2004 with a bachelors in Agricultural Economics with a minor in business. To quote Brandon: “I like Texas A&M and everything about it... there’s nothing else like it, a unique university full of tradition; and for anyone who has ever visited the campus, it is plainly evident there is a very friendly student environment. I have been in real estate for 8 years and find it very rewarding to help Aggies understand the value of real estate and show them ways to make a sound investment that they can enjoy while in school and also keep as an asset after graduation.”
While in school at TAMU, Brandon began personally investing in the Brazos Valley real estate market and uses the skills and information he has learned while building his own portfolio to help others build theirs. Keri West
Keri West enjoys sports, most specifically Texas A&M sports!! She and husband Andy relish any opportunity to attend Aggie football, Aggie Baseball, or Aggie basketball, in fact most of their free time is spent following these pursuits and spending time playing with their dog “Barkley”.
Prior to graduating from TAMU in 2005 with a degree in Agricultural economics, Keri had already become heavily involved in both the leasing and sales aspects of real estate in the Bryan College Station area. A lifelong resident of the Brazos Valley, Keri is eager to help others using her extensive knowledge of her community and all of the amenities it offers.
