Keri was very helpful in getting me approved for a mortgage loan
when I didn't think it was possible. Once approved she helped
me find the right home that fit my needs. She then helped me get
my duplex subleased, so we could buy before my lease was over.
She also helped me all the way through a timely purchase of my new
home, and after the home was purchase and we had moved in on time.
She me with setting up the utiliies so that I didn't have to miss work.
Keri will also be the realtor I would recommened to friends and family,
as well as a realtor I would use again when needed.

Keri, you are a great person and somebody I totally trust. Throughout this process I have always appreciated your input, help and advice (including helping Laura find a church home). In 2002 an old class mate of mine and I were talking about purchasing a property in College Station. We each had several students that were going to be attending A&M over the next several years and we were looking at paying for housing for that time. We decided to buy a 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex together and each of us decided to be responsible for a side. We sold the duplex in the summer of 2008 and it was occupied 100% of the time we owned it. Not only was it a great investment, but it was a “home away from home” for ours kids while they were at A&M. I would definitely do it again -- great investment – great return! |
